Southern Aroostook Partners for Trails

Southern Aroostook Partners for Trails is a diverse group of trail uses including snowmobiles, four-wheelers, equestrians, bicycles, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hikers, landowners, and others that are interested in multi-use trails in the greater Houlton area. This group was brought together and formed out of a meeting of anyone interested in trails sponsored by Vital Pathways (VP) at The Linneus Sno-Sports. This meeting was designed to bring all users of trails to one table to try to get a connecting trail system that will work for all. VP and the group is well aware that not all sections can be multi-use and will try to find rails around these that can be used by the other groups .
