Board member Marie Carmichael is the Program Coordinator for the Houlton Parks and Recreation Department. The knowledge that Marie brings with her fits in well with the Vital Pathways' Healthy Maine Communities Network. Marie sits on several Vital Pathway committees working on a diversity of projects.
